TIMBERLAKE
Timberlake is a 215 acre parcel which is entitled for approximately
860 lots. The site is located in the extra-territorial jurisdiction
of the City of Oak Point, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. The property
fronts on Shahan Prairie Road, one quarter mile east of FM 720 between
Little Elm and US Hwy 380. A Water Control and Improvement District
(WCID) has been fully approved and is in existence for the property.
An additional 35 acre parcel is located in the city limits of Oak
Point (outside of the boundaries of the WCID) and can potentially
be rezoned for additional residential lots. Development is anticipated
to begin in 2011.

Prairie View is a 164 acre parcel located at the northwest corner
of Coit Road and Panther Creek Parkway in the City of Frisco, Collin
County, Texas. Frisco is an affluent suburb north of Dallas. The development
will contain a total of 505 residential lots, with a mixture of product
types. The lot mixture consists of (84) 90’ X 150’ lots, (67) 75’
X 115’ lots, (57) 65’ X 110’ lots, (167) 50’ X 100’ patio home lots
and (131) 25’ X 100’ townhome lots. In addition, the project contains
a 19 acre site which is zoned for retail development. The project
is currently planned to break ground in 2011. |

HIGHLAND MEADOWS
Highland
Meadows, a partnership with Dallas, Texas based Cameron Development,
is a single family subdivision located in the City of Seagoville,
Dallas County, Texas The project is served by Mesquite ISD, which
is a unique competitive characteristic of the subdivision. Phase
I of the subdivision consists of 309 total lots with two highly
recognizable builders, K. Hovnanian and Wall Homes, splitting the
lots. Wall Homes took over the lots formerly owned by Newmark Homes
in its acquisition of their D/FW assets.
