He began his real estate career at Centennial Homes, rising to the position of Vice President of Marketing and Design and was a contributor to Centennial becoming one of the largest home-builders in the state of Texas. Larry then moved to become President of Great Southwest Companies, Inc. where he oversaw the development of commercial, retail, multi-family and residential development projects.

 

For the past twenty years, Mr. Taylor has primarily focused on single family lot development as a Principal at Taylor-Duncan Interests, LLC. in 19XX  lead a group of investors that purchased 50% interest in Texas based Goodman Family of Builders which was acquired by K. Hovnanian. Since then, Mr. Taylor and affiliated entities have been involved in the development of thousands of residential lots and new homes and have worked with many of the country’s largest builders and has been involved in many commercial and multifamily developments over his career.
