Mr. Hofherr is a Project Manager at Taylor-Duncan Interests, LLC and oversees the company’s architectural and construction activities.
Mr. Hofherr has over twenty-two years of experience in both the residential and commercial construction industries, with experience in residential architectural design, project estimating, and project management. Prior to joining Taylor-Duncan Interests, LLC, Mr. Hofherr spent seventeen years at one of the largest home building companies in the United States, Taylor Morrison, managing all architectural processes for the Darling Homes subsidiary.
Most recently Mr. Hofherr was the Senior Commercial Project Manager for Gold Medal Pools for three years, overseeing all aspects of construction on commercial projects ranging from amenity centers to hardscapes. Mr. Hofherr obtained his degree in Design and Construction Technology at ITT Technical Institute. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Flip Flop Foundation in Grayson County.
