Mr. Davis is Senior Vice President at Taylor-Duncan Interests, LLC and oversees all of the company’s land development activities.

He is an accomplished real estate developer with more than twenty-one years in the industry. His vast real estate background features a multitude of single-family residential and highly amenitized master-planned communities, including serving as Divisional President and Senior Vice President for a national NYSE land developer. Mr. Davis has directed all aspects of development, sales and marketing for master-planned communities across the United States and has been involved in over $800 million worth of real estate transactions. His development skills span from leisure projects, upscale amenity complexes to 18-hole championship golf courses.

Mr. Davis earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and an Executive MBA from Baylor University where he graduated with honors. Mr. Davis plays an active role in the local real estate market as a member of ULI and various chambers of commerce. He also serves on the Board of Directors for One Hope Ministry.
